Shipping Information

For each order I charge a flat rate shipping fee which is determined by the state in which it will be shipped to. I only ship within the USA. All orders can be expected to arrive within 3-10 business days.

I also offer free studio pick up for those who live in CT, NY, MA or RI. After entering your shipping address during checkout, select the “Free Studio Pick-up” option and an email will be sent with the address to my studio, which is located in central CT.

Returns & Exchanges

At this time I can not issue returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me at soilandclayceramics@gmail.com and we can discuss a solution.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

All of my work is glazed on the interior making it food and liquid safe. Everything is dishwasher and microwave safe with the exception of any pieces with gold luster or decals on the surface.

All of my work is made by hand and therefor will not be without slight imperfection. Because my work is not mass produced by machines, shapes and sizes may vary slightly from piece to piece. These variations are not defects but unique characteristics of handmade wares which I hope will be celebrated. Each measurement listed is an estimated, not exact measurement, so roughly a half inch of size and shape variation should be accounted for.

Caring for your handmade ceramics

(Especially important for white porcelain)

• Wash immediately after each use with warm, soapy water or in a dishwasher. When possible, don’t allow food or drink to sit and dry on surface

• Let air dry before storing away

• For long term storage don’t use wrapping paper with ink such as newspaper for packing
